Baskets

I started with some lovely baskets. Baskets are a thrift store treasure because they are versatile and easy to find. I found one with the potential to resemble the Pottery Barn style, which usually retails for a hefty price tag. Using my trusty Wagner Flexio 3500 sprayer, I sprayed them with a beautiful beige undercoat to achieve that Pottery Barn natural look. The Flexio 3500's air control flow and material flow settings made the job a breeze.

Lamp

Next up was a lamp. Lamps are fantastic thrift flip candidates, and I stumbled upon this one for just eight dollars. With a little TLC, some spackle, and a lot of paint, I transformed it into a stunning piece reminiscent of a Pottery Barn design that usually costs around $239. After a thorough cleaning. I used some spackle to get a beautiful textured finish and then sanded out the rough edges.

Cane Magazine Holder

Another exciting find was a magazine rack with beautiful cane detailing. It had some water damage, but for $4.99, I couldn't resist its unique design. After removing and repairing some damaged veneer, I gave it a good cleaning and sanded it to prepare it for a two-toned makeover. I painted the cane portion beige and the rest black using my trusty Wagner sprayer. The result was a magazine holder that looked like a high-end piece from The Container Store.

Chair

The star of the show was this solid oak chair. It had an incredible shape, and at just six dollars, it was a steal. After cleaning and sanding, I painted it black using the Wagner sprayer. Chairs can be a time-consuming paint job, but with the sprayer, it was a breeze. The result was a sophisticated and stylish piece that would make a statement in any room.

Lantern

I also picked up a lantern for six dollars. While it had potential, I wasn't a fan of the metallic finish. With a coat of black paint applied using the Wagner sprayer, it transformed into a chic and modern lantern.

Vase

Lastly, I found a vase that needed a new look. Although it was a bit pricey at ten dollars, I knew I could make it shine. After some sanding and cleaning, I applied a beautiful black paint using my Wagner sprayer. The result was a vase that looked like a high-end piece, ready to adorn any space.

Textured Canvas Art

To add a personal touch, I created a textured canvas art piece. I applied spackle in a random pattern and let it dry. Then, I painted it this on trend shade of Umber using my Wagner Flexio 3500 sprayer. The result was a unique and beautiful piece of artwork that will be the perfect addition to my fireplace mantle.
